FindTheBestNanny.com was started by two moms who have not only employed nannies and sitters, but have been in the nanny industry placing full time and part time nannies along with temporary nannies and babysitters for a combined 35 years!

Having been in the nanny placement business since 1985 and a leader in the International Nanny Association, we felt we were in the best position to help nannies and families find each other on-line.

Connecting on the internet can be daunting.  FTBN was designed to be a safe, easy, affordable option when looking for nannies and babysitters.  While many on-line agencies where started by entrepreneurs-FTBN was started by nanny experts who believe in the importance of in home childcare.

Sharon Graff-Radell, married and the mother of two children, started TLC for Kids, a full service nanny placement agency, in St. Louis, MO, in 1985; TLC is the parent company of FTBN. Sharon is the Vice President of the International Nanny Association and works as an industry consultant working with agencies throughout North America.    Sharon's extensive experience as an agency owner and a teacher of her peers are the backbone of FindTheBestNanny.com.

 

Debbie Hipp, Website Director, is the full time mom to three young children.  She has a Marketing Degree and a Masters of Business and Administration.  Debbie has worked for TLC for Kids, St. Louis' premiere nanny agency, since 2000 interviewing nannies, families and conducting orientations for both.  It is her hands on experience working with families and nannies, and as a previous nanny herself, that goes into her work with FindTheBestNanny.com
